Private, Online Tai Chi & Chi Kung (Qigong) Lessons:  

Ron has dedicated his life to the study of tai chi, chi kung and meditation. He has taught thousands of students in almost 40 years of teaching.

Learn the slow, fluid movements of tai chi to help you balance and relax your body and create a calm, clear and focused mind.

You can also choose to learn chi kung (qigong) movements, which are more simplistic with many of the benefits of tai chi. Learn the 8 Pieces of Silk Brocade and various types of standing meditation. 

Lessons are all online via Zoom (for now) with Ron in personalized lessons tailored just for you.

 You will meet with Ron ahead of time to discuss your goals and decide how often to meet, etc.

Ron is also available for group classes.
