Learn the slow, fluid movements of tai chi to help you balance and relax your body and create a calm, clear and focused mind. Tai chi is recommended by health professionals for the many benefits.

You can also choose to learn chi kung (qigong) movements, which are more simplistic than tai chi with many of the same benefits. Learn the 8 Pieces of Silk Brocade and various types of standing meditations.
